“A derelict school, due for demolition any day seemed the perfect location to film "I Saw A Ghost”. Years of hopes, dreams and aspirations housed under one roof, no longer to be used for anything other than landfill. There’s something epically sad and yet at the same time beautiful about the idea of a school being raised to the ground, this sentiment would seem to fit with The Slow Readers Club’s oeuvre. How many of the children educated at this school went on to fulfil their aspirations and dreams in life? I hope the answer is a lot.“ - Chris.
